About Early Code PVC
PVC stands for Private Virtual Classes by Early Code Institute. With over six years of excellence in providing Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET), PVC is the institution's newest innovation. This innovation makes the training more accessible, robust, and more learner-tailoured with our deployment of artificial intelligence as co-tutor in delivering modular trainings to learners across several courses.
The Problem

More than 80% of online technical skills learners quit their online program due to the absence of real-time support.
At least 70% of people who acquired technical skills in Africa never engaged in the skill formally.
The Solutions
People quit their technical education training because the regular model, which utilizes recorded course content, lacks the needed on-demand or real-time support that is necessary for technical or vocational training. PVC provides industry-standard training, but with the use of live human tutors to deliver modular training sessions, allowing the learner to request and access support in real-time.
The program is designed with two segments.
Virtual Sessions
This segment utilizes human tutors to deliver technical training, support and mentorship to the learner in a modular structure.
AI-driven Personal Learning
This segment uses Artificial Intelligence that has been trained and tailoured to the learner's goals and level to deliver modular and interactive course content. The AI model is trained and deployed in a manner that replicates a human tutor that could ask further questions relating to the lesson being consumed by the learner.
Early Code Institute currently has more than 95% learner's completion rate using this training model. With this model, fewer than 5 students in every 100 may quit their learning program before completing it.
One of the best approaches to an effective education is to "Teach Ada a skill, and guide her to engage the skill productively." We are solving the problem of fallow skills by securing internships and job placements for learners who successfully completed their programs.

PVC is tailoured for Africa, it is a customized solution for advancement in vocational skills acquisition, end of fallow skills problem, and the usual frustrations that comes learning a digital or technical skill. The mission is to create prosperity in Africa through our self-employment structure - tutors in PVC keep 70% of all enrollment fees while the platform keeps 30%. We vet the skills of the tutors we onboard on the platform by making them go through a mandatory test and interview.

We made an outstanding innovation by deploying AI to delver the lesson notes as a Co-Tutor, allowing the learner to engaged the Co-Tutor with limitless discussions.
Small Class Size
Our small class sizes allows the tutor to provide more personalised live coaching to learners. With the Peer-class averaging with 5 learners class size, the tutor can effectively manage classes and give more attention and care to each learner.
Flexibility Schedules

Internship Placements
Our guiding idea is, "Teach Ada a skill, and guide her to engage the skill productively." Our internship and job placement services is the vehicle we use to achieve this goal. Many learners have landed internship and got retained thereafter through our placement services.
About Early Code Institute
Six years of TVET excellence in Abuja.
We launched our original campus-based in 2019 providing TVET services. Since inception, we have trained more than 3000 participants in direct mentorship in our campuses. We currently maintain 2 campus in Abuja, Nigeria.
We operate with an official accreditation and licence from the National Board of Technical Education (NBTE) and Computer Professionals (Registration Council of Nigeria) (CPN).
We have direct support and partnership with the Tony Elumelu Foundation and The Nigerian Computer Society.
We have past partnerships with government agencies and Non-governmental Organizations in the execution of multiple society and productivity driven projects.
